Castle is an American comedy-drama television series broadcast on ABC and produced by ABC Studios. Castle premiered on March 9, 2009, and the final episode of the third season aired on May 16, 2011. On January 10, 2011, Castle was renewed for a fourth season.
After a serial killer imitates the plots of his novels, successful mystery novelist Richard “Rick” Castle gets permission from the Mayor of New York City to tag along with an NYPD homicide investigation team for research purposes. A “guy’s guy”, he proves popular with the male team members, but immediately offends the sensibilities of the team leader, Detective Kate Beckett. Though she’ll never admit it, he slowly wins her over with his innovative approach to crime solving. He brings to the table skills the others don’t have: contacts in Manhattan high society, free-form creative thinking, and years of developing believable fictional characters that have inadvertently molded him into a natural criminal profiler. But life is not all crime fighting adventure for this wealthy playboy: his relationship with Beckett becomes even more strained when he unveils a new series of detective novels featuring a racy character based on her, and his home life is dominated by his mother (a fading Broadway diva) and his whip-smart teen-aged daughter.

Castle Season 4 Episode 15 Pandora : JENNIFER BEALS GUEST STARS IN “CASTLE” TWO-PARTER ON ABC
“Pandora” – In the first episode of a two-part “Castle” event, Castle and Beckett pursue a ruthless killer who, they discover, is part of a sinister, international conspiracy. Castle and Beckett are joined on the case by Sophia Conrad (guest star Jennifer Beals, “The Chicago Code,” “Flashdance”), a smart, sexy CIA operative who has a complicated past with Castle. Josh Stamberg, (“Drop Dead Diva”) also guest stars as Martin Danberg, an intelligence officer, on “Castle,” MONDAY, FEBRUARY 13 (10:01-11:00 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network. The second episode in this story arc, “Linchpin,” airs Monday, February 20.

Detective Kevin Ryan’s (Seamus Dever) trip down the aisle should mean that at least one couple on Castle gets their happily ever after, but Tamala Jones, who plays medical examiner Lanie Parish, recently in Los Angeles that the big event is going to rattle more than a few people on the squad.
After their breakup in Season 3, Episode 6: “Demons,” it appears that Lanie and Esposito (Jon Huertas) are not exactly on the same page when it comes to who initiated their split.
“You’re going to see us pointing a finger at each other — ‘It’s your fault!’ — but there’s going to be some stuff happening at Ryan’s wedding,” said Tamala.
“I can’t tell you what it is, but it’s a must-see!”
Sounds like a make-out session to us. And as far our favorite will-they-won’t-they couple, Tamala told us we can expect the relationship between Richard Castle and Kate Beckett to inch forward.
“Maybe at that wedding you’ll see an exchange of ‘This could be us’ between Castle and Becket,” hinted Tamala, but added that viewers should keep reading between the lines.
“Action speaks louder than words, and there’s going to be a lot of action this season,” she said.
“I think what you’re going to see later on is Beckett attending to Castle in a way that shows that you know she loves this guy. He’s starting to feel it, and it’s going to be that unspoken thing where you just know.”
Oh … we know.
