Terra Nova is an American science fiction drama television series that began to air on Fox on Monday nights. It premiered on September 26, 2011 with a two-hour episode.

The show begins in the year 2149, a time when all life on planet Earth is threatened with extinction due to dwindling worldwide air quality and overpopulation. It has become virtually impossible for humanity to survive, and almost no vegetation exists. At Hope Plaza, a massive ring shaped structure in Chicago, scientists discover a rift in space-time that allows people to travel 85 million years back in time to the late Cretaceous period of a prehistoric Earth, but in an alternate timeline (thus avoiding paradoxes caused by reverse-flow time travel), offering a chance to save humanity. The Shannon family (father Jim, his wife Elisabeth, and their three children Josh, Maddy, and Zoe) join the tenth pilgrimage of settlers to Terra Nova, becoming part of the first human colony on the other side of the temporal doorway.
The Shannon Family starts a new life in Terra Nova while having to deal with carnivorous dinosaurs and the Sixers (a splinter faction that has been opposed to Terra Nova ever since arriving in prehistoric times during the sixth pilgrimage).

Terra Nova Season 2
Lady Gaga must have impressed the right people when she appeared on American Idol, where she was a guest judge. Entertainment Weekly has confirmed that Lady Gaga will also be a guest judge on So You Think You Can Dance. She will make her (most likely over-the-top) appearance later in the season.
Now, I’m a Gaga skeptic. I question her talent, and her fashion sense, every step of the way. She may know how to keep herself in the headlines, but that doesn’t mean she knows how to do anything else well enough to judge others. But that’s just me and no doubt they’re plenty of those who would argue
with me over this point; one of those being producer and judge Nigel Lythgoe. He told Yahoo that Gaga will “give great advice on how to handle yourself, how to be creative with what you do, and how to be a fabulous performer.”
Nigel is a professional and he’s been doing this job a long time, so it’s expected that he knows real talent when he sees it. If he believes in Lady Gaga then he must have good reason to. I will say that Gaga knows how to perform her dance choreography. I’ve seen a good chunk of music videos and she can move as well as anyone can. I’m just feeling a little overexposed to Lady Gaga’s particular brand of crazy. I think the world could use a bit of a break from her.

There’s some great news for all you Bones fans out there (myself included). FOX has reported that the upcoming Season 7 will introduce a new villain to go up against Dr. Brennan, Agent Booth, and the rest of the team at the Jeffersonian. Executive producer Stephan Nathan spoke a little bit about what to expect from this new big bad, saying, “This is someone who is an extremely odd and fearless foe.” This villain will be a recurring killer for Booth and Brennan to investigate, much like The Gravedigger and Gormogon were “Only he’s going to be much more of a 21st-century, tech-savvy foe.”
The show will be airing later than usual due to Emile Deschanel’s pregnancy, allowing her to go on maternity leave. The season will premier Nov. 6, and the first six episodes will deal with Brennan and Booth dealing with how they will raise a baby together, while also introducing us to the new killer. “At the end of [Episode] 6, we want to leave with a real surprise for the audience from a plot point of view,” Nathan says. “I’m not necessarily talking about Booth and Brennan… [but this] nefarious character, who we will follow for a little bit this season and perhaps next.”
Until we finally meet this bad guy on screen, we’ll just have to spend our time hypothesizing how he kills his victims and in what way he is “tech-savvy”. Will he get a clever killer moniker? So many questions and so much time to wait.
Fringe is an American science fiction television series created by J. J. Abrams, Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci. The series follows a Federal Bureau of Investigation “Fringe Division” team based in Boston, Massachusetts under the supervision of Homeland Security. The team uses unorthodox “fringe” science and FBI investigative techniques to investigate a series of unexplained, often ghastly occurrences, which are related to mysteries surrounding a parallel universe. The show has been described as a hybrid of The X-Files, Altered States, The Twilight Zone and Dark Angel.
The series premiered in North America on September 9, 2008, on the Fox network. The series has completed its third season and has been renewed for a fourth season for the 2011–2012 television season, which will air on Fridays at 9:00 pm.

American Idol : Twelve finalists and/or future singers (six men and six women) who were selected from America, compete in a talent contest in which they were asked to sing any song they like on this “Star Search” clone. After each song that was sung, the judges, Abdul, Jackson and Cowell, then critique that finalist’s chosen song. After each show’s ending, America must vote for a finalist to whom they really think their performance is good using this AT&T (now Cingular Wireless) or any other cellular phone to cast votes with. Once the votes are locked in, the judges and America decides who has the most and the least amount of votes, and the contestant with the least amount of votes is eliminated, and it goes on each week’s show until the winner is crowned as “American Idol,” where he/she wins a recording contract worth up to $1,000,000. The rest of the other finalists to whom they have been voted off before (the runner-up) also get recording contracts, too.

Dimly based on the life of forensic anthropologist Kathy Reichs, “Bones” is a police procedural drama TV Show which focuses on a series of FBI case files shrouded in mystery. Sometimes, to unravel a murder, you have to strip it to the bone and that’s what this show is doing… literally. When the human remains are badly burned, decomposed or destroyed, when traditional identification methods are in vain, FBI needs Dr. Temperance “Bones” Brennan’s help. A forensic anthropologist who works at the Jeffersonian Institute in Washington D.C., but also a best selling crime novelist, she has the ability to read clues left behind in a victim’s bones. While most people don’t understand her skill, intelligence and the way she struggles to unriddle each case, FBI Special Agent Seeley Booth is the exception. A former sniper, he didn’t trust in science or scientists who go at a crawl, but he realized that his team and Dr. Temperance Brennan’s knowledge are a fiendish combination.
