Incidentally, Sarah Shashi, the actress playing Dani Reese on the show, is reportedly four months pregnant. Some changes to her exposure would have to be done. Producers said there could be less screen time with Sarah and Damian Lewis together as the actress may be confined to desk work to hide her belly.

The team investigates the death of a heavy metal lead singer, who was suffocated to death. They question all the other band members and learn that the previous lead singer of that group have problems with the dead singer after he was kicked of the band. When they get the former singer, he seems to have a legitimate alibi. Then the team stumbles with a homeless man who appears to be a groupie. Could this groupie be the murderer? Meanwhile, Crews learns that his father’s wedding to Olivia has been called off.

The team investigates the death of a retired NASA pilot at mid-flight. The suspect are the pilots son and the pilots business partner. An important fact in this case is that the pilot was going to pay the Russians 35 million dollars to take him into space. Meanwhile, Tidwell tries to help Crews remember who shot him.

Crews’s father, Charles Crews, Sr., shows up at his son’s doorstep to try to mend fences. Charles, Sr., is engaged to a much younger woman named Christina Hendricks. The case of the week involves the Russian mafia.

Crews and Reese believe that the murder is connected to a 70s cult. Meanwhile, Crews confronts Mickey Rayborn about his role in the conspiracy.
