Just for some sort of recap before you can proceed to watch The Office Season 8 Episode 10 online, the next episode of the show, last week, Robert California ushered his wife (Maura Tierney) into the office in a bid to find her a job. Elsewhere, through the idea of opening a gym in the building, Dwight pumped up the proceedings of the entire office. So those were the major events that happened last week. On December 8, 2011, enjoy another episode of the show as you watch The Office Season 8 Episode 10 online free. This upcoming episode of the show is the Christmas holiday special episode of the show and it is entitled “Christmas Wishes”. Find out when you watch The Office Season 8 Episode 10: Christmas Wishes online.
Jenna Fischer’s “Office” pregnancy will continue, but the actress’s real-life pregnancy has come to an end with the birth of her son. The actress and husband Lee Kirk welcomed Weston Lee on Sept.

Fischer revealed her pregnancy in May, and told Jay Leno in July she was having a boy, as well as some pregnancy cravings. “In the beginning, it was a lot of macaroni and cheese and Lucky Charms. Now it’s a lot of strawberries,” she said. “I’ve been really lucky. I’ve had a really easy pregnancy.”
Fischer and Kirk became engaged in 2009 and television fans will appreciate this: when the couple wed in July 2010, “Survivor” host Jeff Probst officiated.
To all of us who thought Andy Bernard would not last another week as the Office boss, we have been proven wrong. Andy, in his own way, redeems himself a little bit in this week’s episode. Maybe this arrangement will actually last a while.
It all starts when Robert gives an inspirational speech about upping everyone’s numbers, after which Andy promises to double sales growth. Everyone seems keen on the idea until it comes time to do it. “What do you expect me to do, hit a magic button?” Phyllis asks. Clearly, Andy is not so inspirational.
But that doesn’t matter. When he presents the rather dumb idea of incentives, which look cheaper than prizes coughed up at an old arcade (well, except maybe for the vibrator), there are many eye rolls. Until, that is, Andy suggests pooling points to go toward a bigger prize, such as making him run naked through the parking lot with a donut around his ding dong.
No, what really entices the crowd is Andy’s promise to get a tattoo of everyone’s choosing on his derriere. That’s all it takes. Pretty soon the office is buzzing with productivity never seen before. Stanley, who would normally be napping, is bug-eyed with enthusiasm to sells Dwight’s brainchild, the Pyramid.
After a hard day’s work, everyone hits the 5,000-point quota of Andy’s humiliation. They want that man’s ass tattooed. (The scenario kind of reminded me of certain episodes of ‘M*A*S*H’ when characters were particularly desperate for entertainment.)

Andy, good sport that he is, goes through with it, ever-fearful of what will be permanently engraved on his tukhus. (I would like it known to all… to correctly spell that word, I just googled “Yiddish buttocks.”)
The episode ends on a sweet note – a little reassurance from Jim, a little bravery from Andy, and – viola! – he’s got a Nard Dog on his butt. And he seems happy about it. And everyone else does too. Who would’ve thought it?
The subplots in this episode fall a little flat. (How is Kevin sounding dumb when he talks anything but stale?) I am a little curious to see if Pam and Angela’s pregnancies bring them together in strange and unexpected ways.
Overall, the dynamic with Andy at the helm (get it? Ed Helms?) is interesting, and while I miss Michael Scott, I’m curious to see how this season goes, particularly with James Spader’s odd as hell Robert California.
What do you think?

“The Office” will welcome a new boss in season 8. James Spader, who has appeared in season 7 finale as an applicant for Michael Scott’s vacant regional manager position, is allegedly in negotiations to join the NBC show next fall.

Although his name was thrown among the possible contenders to replace the Scott depicter, Steve Carell, the three-time Emmy winner won’t be the new Dunder Mifflin manager. Instead, he will portray a CEO of Dunder Mifflin, replacing Kathy Bates who is reported to exit the drama comedy series to focus on season 2 of “Harry’s Law“.
Spader is yet to sign up, but if the deal is sealed his character Robert California will be introduced in the season 8 premiere as the new “Office” manager. However, “he quickly decides the role is too small for him, and somehow talks corporate into appointing him as its new CEO,” Entertainment Weekly reports.
Unlike Bates, Spader will have a significant weekly presence on the show. His character is additionally said having “a strong impact on the rest of the ‘Office’ staff, demonstrating a manipulative power and a somewhat creepy sexual vibe.”
“Dwight has never come up against somebody equally powerful and diabolical,” sources gush. “With Andy, he could be a real father figure and make life really hard for him once he senses he can manipulate him. Jim reads people really quickly, yet wasn’t sure what to make of this guy.”
