In an all-hands-on-deck crisis at the hospital, a determined Veronica (Taylor Schilling) saves the sole survivor of a horrific nightclub fire. The patient’s struggle with survivor’s guilt strikes a chord with therapy-averse Veronica, who realizes that her patient isn’t the only one who could benefit by talking to someone about her experiences. Tired of being viewed by others as a kid, Chloe (Michelle Trachtenberg) seeks the respect of her coworkers – and the affections of a workplace crush – by getting a grown-up wardrobe and a take-charge attitude to match. Meanwhile, Sonia (Jaime Lee Kirchner) butts heads with an energetic new female doctor (K.K. Moggie) and the nurses of Mercy Hospital are shocked to see Dr. Harris (James LeGros) romancing a mysterious beauty. Diego Klattenhoff and Guillermo Diaz also star.
