Recap of Good Bones Season 6 Episode 10
In the 9th episode, Mina and Karen returned to Talbott Street in Indianapolis’ Old Southside area, titled “Pricey Paradise with Big Problems.”
As we all know, two Chicks and a Hammer focuses their efforts on the city’s local neighbourhoods, where they also own a few houses.
Over the years, we’ve watched the mother-daughter team redesign and repair a number of sites in the neighbourhood.
Their cutting-edge architectural practises are projected to bring long-term transformation to these low-key Indianapolis areas.
Mina and Karen normally sell the properties to people who are interested after the renovation is completed.
In the most recent episode, they started their final project on Talbott Street, but a lack of funds caused them some complications.
The project was costly because they used unconventional design aspects to make the property into a French farmhouse-themed aesthetic sanctuary.
Despite the outstanding end product, the buyers in the area were dissatisfied with the noticeable change in design.
