‘Love and Leashes’ (2022) Netflix Movie Plot / Synopsis
‘Love and Leashes’ starts with Jung Ji-shift hoo’s from his company’s business team to the PR team. Jung Ji-woo, a reserved coworker, becomes acquainted with him.
Ji-woo receives a courier brought to Ji-hoo due to a mishap. When she opens the box, she discovers a neck collar that Ji-hoo had ordered. Despite Ji-best hoo’s efforts to deceive Ji-woo by claiming it’s for his dog, Ji-woo recognises that her colleague is submissive and into BDSM.
Ji-hoo begins to act awkward in front of Ji-woo due to his anxiety, but she assures him that his submissiveness is absolutely good and none of her concern.
Ji-hoo begs Ji-woo to be his master due to a misperception that Ji-woo is into BDSM. Despite her initial reservations, Ji-woo begins to read and understand about the situation and eventually accepts.
They each sign a contract outlining the parameters of their new Dominant/submissive relationship. They engage in non-sexual experimentation with a variety of BDSM activities, ranging from flogging to wax play.
Ji-hoo reveals how his ex-girlfriend broke up with him when he confessed that he is a sub as their D/s relationship progresses.
The intimacy of Ji-hoo and Ji-woo ignites feelings in Ji-woo. To take their connection to the next level, she begins to seriously contemplate dating her submissive partner.

Why Does Ji-hoo Leave Ji-Woo at the End of Love and Leashes? Why is He Cancelling the Contract?
Ji-woo begins to feel understood after accepting Ji-offer hoo’s to be his master. He is overjoyed that a master who respects him and his subservient character is accepting of his emotions. Ji-woo enters a new realm in which he can be himself in his purest form.
Mutual respect and acceptance are the foundations of their friendship and connection. Due to the devastating breakup he had with his ex-girlfriend Hana, Ji-hoo is forced to confine such friendship to a non-romantic connection.
Hana was devastated when Ji-hoo disclosed that he is submissive and interested in BDSM. She insisted on seeing a therapist, despite the fact that it is quite normal for someone to be subservient.
Hana mistook Ji-desire hoo’s for a D/s relationship for a mental disorder and broke up with him, badly injuring him. Hana’s reaction left a scar on Ji-hoo and made him fearful of committing to another lady.
When Ji-woo suggests dating, Hana’s pain hits him again, and he declines Ji-interest woo’s in a relationship.
Ji-hoo panics and informs Ji-woo that he wants to end their dom-sub relationship by terminating their contract.
He is afraid that if romance arises between them, Ji-woo will reject him and his genuine self. He says no to Ji-woo out of fear of being wounded or rejected.

Do Ji-hoo and Ji-woo Ever Get Married?
Ji-hoo and Ji-woo do, in fact, end up together. Ji-hoo appears in Ji-life woo’s when she is misunderstood by her friends and colleagues.
In her workplace, her guarded manner, hardness, and directness are viewed as hostile. Ji-hoo, on the other hand, is able to fully comprehend her.
She finally feels accepted into someone else’s life when he says how ideal she is for him as a master.
The mutual understanding and connection that develops between them encourages her to consider Ji-hoo as a love partner. However, she is taken aback when Ji-hoo rejects her.

He decides to date Ji-woo in order to give himself a chance to recover from the pain and trauma imposed by his ex-girlfriend.

Ji-hoo ultimately admits his affections for Ji-woo during the disciplinary committee session that was held to investigate Ji-hoo and Ji-workplace woo’s relationship.
Ji-woo is taken aback by Ji-revelation, hoo’s but she is relieved to learn that her feelings are shared. They decide to renew their contract as amorous partners this time.
