NBC’s unscripted show “Making It” brings together creative people for a friendly craft competition. People with various skills fight for the title of “Master Maker” and a prize of $100,000.

The first episode of the series aired on July 31, 2018. It’s known for its feel-good factor, which distinguishes it from other competition events.

The show’s critics also commended how it highlights the participants’ backstories, which helps viewers connect with them.

The pairing of Amy Poehler and Nick Offerman is popular, so it fits nicely for this reality show. Do you want to know if there will be a fourth season?

Here’s everything we have!

Making IT TV Show Season 4 Release Date for Season 4 of Making It

Season 3 of NBC’s “Making It” debuted on June 24, 2021, and concluded on August 26, 2021. The third season consists of eight episodes, each lasting around an hour.

Here’s all we know about the fourth round of the series so far. NBC has yet to make an official comment about the show’s future.

Even while the show’s numbers aren’t exactly fantastic, there are a few reasons why we believe it will be renewed.

First, producing the series does not appear to be too expensive. Furthermore, it is common knowledge that the pandemic prompted people to engage in artistic endeavours.

Many people tried their hand at cooking and baking, while others experimented with DIY and handicraft projects.

As a result, it appears that a show like this would be a welcome addition to NBC’s television schedule.

The fact that the contestants’ stakes are low and the environment is not overly competitive is one of the show’s features.

It even generated a spin-off called ‘Baking It,’ which premiered in May 2021. After a 17-18-month hiatus, new seasons of the craft-based series are released.

As a result, if it receives a new order shortly, we expect season 4 of ‘Making It’ to premiere in the last quarter of 2022.

The Judges and Hosts of Making It Season 4

Amy Poehler and Nick Offerman, who co-starred in the NBC sitcom “Parks and Recreation,” co-hosts.

For their efforts on this competition series, the team received a Primetime Emmy nomination for Outstanding Host for a Reality or Competition Program in 2019 and 2020.

In the episode, Dayna Isom Johnson and Simon Doonan serve as judges. Dayna is an Etsy trend analyst who is always on the lookout for new creations.

She is in charge of finding new DIY projects for the craftspeople and demonstrating them. Simon, on the other hand, works for Barneys New York as a Creative Ambassador.

He brings his skills and 35 years of experience in the fashion industry to the table.

Jimmy DiResta’s role on the show as the Wood Shop Master is to provide additional resources to the participants and assist them in the woodshop if necessary.

He’s been in shows like ‘Trash to Cash,’ ‘Dirty Money,’ and ‘Hammered with John & Jimmy DiResta.’

As a result, we anticipate all of the individuals, as mentioned earlier, continuing their roles in the prospective fourth season.

In addition, one episode of the show has 8-10 participants competing against each other.

So, if Season 4 comes, expect to see a completely new set of competitors.

What will the 4th Season of “Making It” be about?

The competition takes place in the iconic barn setting, where skilled artisans compete in a series of challenges for a chance to win $100,000.

In the competition’s “Faster Craft” and “Master Craft” rounds, they must create two handcrafted projects each week.

They only have three hours to complete the Faster Craft project, but they have more time for the Master Craft project, which has a more sophisticated theme. The last round determines who will be sent home.

Season 4 will also feature a new collection of characters as they take part in new imaginative challenges.
