The Smurfs Season 1 Episode 1

Nickelodeon is bringing the Smurfs back to American television almost exactly 40 years after their first appearance (September 10, 1981).

Les Schtroumpfs (The Smurfs) follows the charming Smurfs on brand-new adventures packed of humour, drama, and high-octane action.

Almost all of the new series was produced in Belgium. Smurfs: The Lost Village has a big influence on the film’s CGI animation technique.

Release Date for The Smurfs Season 1 Episode 1

The series had its world premiere on Belgium’s La Trois channel on April 18, 2021.

After 18 months on pay television, The Smurfs will be available on Netflix in the United States and globally.

The English-dubbed version will air on Nickelodeon in the United States and Channel 5 in the United Kingdom on September 10 at 7:30 PM (ET/PT) and will be followed abroad.

Each episode lasts 11 minutes.

Episode 1 and Episode 2 of The Smurfs are now available for viewing. “Schtroumpf-Fu” and “Smurf-Fu” are two terms for the same thing.

The other Smurfs ask Smurfette to teach them “Smurf-Fu” after she saves Brainy from a gigantic snake.

“Robot-Nounou” “Diaper Daddy” is the second episode in the “Robot-Nounou” series.

When everyone gets tired of changing Baby’s diapers, Handy decides to build a robot to handle the job for them.

The show was first announced by Peyo Productions in 2017.

The following year, its European broadcasters were revealed: Ketnet (Flanders), TF1 (France), KiKA (Germany), and La Trois (France) (Wallonia).

The broadcast rights for some of Nickelodeon’s channels were purchased by the American entertainment brand in 2020, although the airing agreement does not cover the original Smurfs series from the 1980s.
