SEE‘ is a dystopian action-drama series created by Steven Knight (‘Peaky Blinders’). The story takes place 600 years after a devastating epidemic wiped out the human population.

The survivors’ vision was gone, and this was passed down through the generations. The story is set in a time when the sense of sight is reintroduced to the globe.

Baba Voss, the Alkenny tribe’s chieftain, discovers that his freshly born stepchildren can see and vows to protect them for the rest of his life.

The first season of the show aired from November 1, 2019, until December 6, 2019.

Season 2 began on August 27, 2021, and ended on August 27, 2022. The sophomore season, like the first, is expected to include eight episodes.

Jerlamarel may undergo surgery in ‘SEE’ season 2 episode 2 titled ‘Forever,’ hoping to restore his sight. If it doesn’t work, he’ll most likely suffer from an identity issue.

Wren will take Haniwa to an apartment that had stayed unchanged for 600 years, allowing her to see how people lived when most of the population was blind.

Meanwhile, Queen Kane’s declaration will very certainly cause friction between her and Maghra and Harlan at Pennsa.

Harlan may approach Queen Kane with a marriage proposal. She will, however, advise him to marry Maghra. Jerlamarel will find it difficult to adjust to his new situation.

Recap of ‘SEE’ Season 2 Episode 1

Baba leaves Kofun (Archie Madekwe) with Paris (Alfre Woodard) before travelling into the Trivantian capital searching for Haniwa in the second season.

He runs across an old acquaintance, Yakis, and asks for his assistance. Yakis reveals the truth to Baba about Edo Voss (Dave Bautista), the military leader whose orders brought Haniwa to the city.

He unwillingly assists Baba with his purpose, but the latter is eventually apprehended when the Trivantian soldiers are led to him by a small child with vision.

Meanwhile, Kofun and Paris wait for Baba to arrive until Payan Witchfinders ambush them. However, they quickly discover that Maghra is a princess of Payan, and she has dispatched men to locate her family.

After learning that Maghra is still alive, Kofun and Paris are overjoyed. On the other hand, Kofun has no desire to leave the location where he promised his father he would stay until Baba returned.

Finally, Paris persuades him to return to his mother, saying that she would alert Baba as soon as he arrives.

Haniwa realizes that her guard, Wren (Eden Epstein), can also see in the Trivantian metropolis.
