Delilah is reassured by Harry, Mel, and Dante that her mother will be found. But Delilah begins to panic and suffers from a panic attack. Only once her father shows up does she start to withdraw. Quinn, who intends to frighten New York City with a dirty bomb, is holding Robyn captive in the meantime. Numerous innocent lives will be lost due to the explosion’s radioactive chemical emission. Robyn must therefore devise a strategy to delay Quinn. Quinn has produced a convincingly faked video of Robyn to attribute the bomb explosion to her.
Dante locates Robyn’s kidnapper and learns where Quinn is hiding in other locations. He collaborates with Harry and Mel to find the location and save Robyn. Dante and Mel eventually make it to the hiding place and save Robyn. Quinn takes a break from his soldiers and prepares to set off the explosives in the coming hours. Robyn must reunite with her squad and devise a strategy to stop Quinn from detonating the deadly device after a brief reunion with Delilah. With little time left, Robyn enlists CIA agent Carter Griffin’s assistance in her search for Quinn.
The Equalizer Season 3 Episode 1 Ending Explained
In the episode’s climactic scene, Robyn is reunited with Dante, Mel, and Harry. However, the group is soon compelled to concentrate their efforts on finding and stopping Quinn. The legendary terrorist intends to set off a bomb that will kill everyone inside and outside of its impact radius. There is no way to know where Quinn has hidden the bomb, and his scheme will shake up the entire city of New York. On the other hand, Robyn concludes from her contacts with Quinn that he will be making a statement through the bomb blow. Robyn thus understands Quinn positioned the device close to the Statue of Liberty.
Robyn learns that there are only three helipads close to the statue with the assistance of Harry and Mel. Quinn will probably land on one of the three helipads because he escaped in a helicopter. Soon after, Harry discovers the precise spot where Quinn landed, and Robyn uses Griffin’s assistance to flee the region. When the squad gets to the location where Quinn planted the bomb, they use the assistance of specialists to defuse it before it goes off. However, they cannot deactivate the device due to its clever mechanism. Robyn goes to the rooftop to face Quinn as Harry and Mel stay with the explosives specialists.
What Takes Place With the Bomb?
Robyn fights with Quinn and his troops. Quinn successfully detonates the explosives even though she rapidly dispatches his goons. Robyn is horrified by the explosion because she worries that Harry, Mel, and Dante may not have survived. Robyn, though, is told by Harry that they are all still alive and well. Harry removed the radioactive element but was unable to disarm the device. The gang took cover inside a trash can, protecting themselves from the blast. The blast killed no one since the radioactive section was taken out, and the area was evacuated. Quinn is detained as a result of his failed strategy.
Finally, Griffin shows there to take Quinn into custody, and Robyn overcomes her adversary. Quinn teases Robyn about Bishop’s passing before she departs and forewarns her that he will harm additional CIA personnel. Robyn shoots Quinn before he can flee as he tries to flee for his life. Quinn, who is shot multiple times, tumbles from the rooftop.
Quinn passes away as a result, and Robyn is finally liberated from the notorious terrorist endangering her life. Additionally, she murders the person who murdered her mentor to get revenge on Bishop’s death, capping out the episode gratifyingly.
