Release Date for Ultraman Season 3
(Last Updated: 19/04/2022) Official renewal status: Renewed
Ultraman has been renewed for a third and final season, Netflix announced shortly after the second season’s premiere.
Given how popular the anime series is, a third and final season renewal shouldn’t surprise. Not to mention that the Ultraman franchise is still and has been immensely popular for decades.
Anime titles struggle to make it into many top ten lists worldwide. Still, since Ultraman’s reappearance, Japan and Malaysia have been the only two areas where the anime has achieved top ten success.
What Could the ‘Plot’ of Ultraman Season 3 Be?
Shinjirou learns about a rogue extraterrestrial in season 2 and has a confrontation with Him. A journalist named Kotaro witnesses the bizarre occurrence, which involves the mass disappearance of people in Tokyo. Alien Padent’s power grows quickly, and he puts his demands before humanity.
Even the SSSP headquarters aren’t immune to the mayhem, and Padent eventually unleashes his terrifying weapon, the Golden Fortress, on humanity. Fortunately, Shinjirou and Shin triumph in the last battle, sparing countless innocent victims the agony of death.
In season 3, the Star Cluster Council will employ the Leo Brothers, two lethal assassins, to assassinate Adad after he betrays them and attempts to upset the status quo. However, ironically, they will change their minds about the Ultra race and begin to consider them a potential threat to the entire planet. Shinjirou, Red, Adad, and Moroboshi will join hands in a fierce confrontation between the two gangs as tensions build.
