Where is Stacy Feldman’s Killer Robert Feldman Now? – Stacy Feldman, a beloved wife and mother of two who was savagely killed in her Denver home in 2015, was referred to by friends as an “incredible ray of sunshine.” The murder’s most significant difficulty was that it went unresolved for nearly seven years before a jury found her husband guilty in April 2022.
Robert Feldman, her husband, asserted that he discovered Stacy unconscious in the shower and that he nearly escaped with murder. However, Robert was found guilty thanks to a strangulation expert’s finding that Stacy had either been strangled or suffocated. Robert Feldman was given a life sentence in jail without the chance of release.
The victim’s tenacious family and tenacious law enforcement made it possible to prosecute Robert. On Friday, NBC Dateline will examine the murder of Stacy Feldman, which is said to have happened following an argument over her husband’s liaison with a Tinder match. “The Sisterhood” will broadcast a two-hour special on September 30, 2022, at 9 p.m. ET.

Who is Robert Feldman?
Robert Feldman resided with Stacy and their two kids in Denver, Colorado. On March 1, 2015, he arrived home to see Stacy unconscious in the bathroom with the shower still running. Around 4 o’clock, the first responders declared her dead after Robert dialed 911. The doctor who performed the autopsy at the time concluded that the cause and manner of death were unknown. Robert just claimed that he arrived home sometime in the early evening to find Stacy when he was first questioned. But a few months later, Robert revised his account.
Robert claimed to have taken the kids to Temple Sinai sometime in the morning, left the house somewhere in the morning, and returned about midday without seeing his wife. He stated that after getting dressed in the laundry room, he cleaned the garage before exercising in the nearby park. Around three o’clock, Robert claimed to have discovered Stacy in the restroom. The authorities then found that she was scheduled to meet a friend and pick up the kids from the temple, but she never did. However, Robert’s actions also raised some questions.
When the mother didn’t arrive, Robert picked up the kids more than an hour after they had contacted him. Additionally, Robert asserted that Stacy used edible marijuana the previous evening, and on March 1, 2015, she complained of nausea. The police didn’t discover any marijuana in her bloodstream, though. Furthermore, he had later called the coroner’s office to request that an autopsy not be done. There wasn’t a pause, though, until June 2015. The cops got a call from Susan McBride during that month. She revealed to them how she met Robert using Tinder.
Robert claimed to be divorced then and went by the aliases Robert Wolfe and Mike Reed. When they first met for coffee, Susan thought he appeared like a decent guy. She was dubious, though, when she could not uncover any information online concerning Robert Wolfe or Mike Reed. Susan expressed her desire to stop things then, but Robert persuaded her to give him one more chance. Then Susan revealed that they had sex the second time they met. Susan became suspicious after Robert foiled their plans, and she eventually discovered Stacy’s email address on a school website. So, on March 1, 2015, Susan sent Stacy an email.
Susan shared the emails between her and Robert and discussed the affair after establishing that Robert and Stacy were still together. Robert did this before dialing 911. Then, in December 2017, a third-party physician claimed that he believed Stacy had also had blunt force injuries and was killed by suffocation, strangling, or a combination of the two. Stacy was allegedly slain by Robert, according to the prosecution, but the defense argued that she had a chronic illness that may have contributed to her passing. But the trial wasn’t held until April 2022, following numerous delays.
Where is Robert Feldman Now?
Further research found that Robert Feldman had kept several dating profiles, each with a different set of personal details. He attempted relationships with at least five women after Stacy’s death, including two while on bond following his imprisonment. Stephanie Schumaker, one of them, alleged that Robert had sexually assaulted her. Then Tracy Faigin claimed that Robert insisted on meeting at his house for their second date and that when she pressed him about it, he revealed his legal issues, which caused her to break up with him.
The court had already granted Robert permission to utilize Stacy’s life insurance settlement money for his defense. At the age of 59, he was found guilty of first-degree murder in April 2022. Less than three hours were needed for the jury to reach its decision. The judge then imposed a life sentence on Robert, with no chance of release. His continued detention at the Sterling Correctional Facility in Logan County, Colorado, as shown by records.
